If you want to get your ex back fast, then I think the first thing you should do is really distance yourself from the situation. It is know good to keep on asking your ex why they broke up with you. Furthermore it generally does not help to make your ex feel guilty and remind them of the times they said they love you and wanted to be with you forever.

You need to be able to get away from the situation - maybe for only a few days, and think hard about the reasons you are apart.. Think what you might have done that has caused your ex to break up with you. If you take the time to do this, and avoid contact, you will immediately place your ex in a position of doubt. tehy will wonder why you are not calling, and begging.

I thought it was important to create a forum for people to share their experiences and relationship issues. When I broke up with girlfriend Angie, I stumbled across a forum which put me in touch with people in the smae situation - which led me to create my how to get your ex back site.

Anyhow please feel free to post anytime no matter how trivial you might think it is.. Breakups are one of the most stressful times of your life - and it is much easier when you share your problems with people (who are not your family and friends) who are going through the same thing.
